1- What benefits do I have when booking directly at the hotel?
The benefits of booking directly on our website, by phone or email from the hotel are:
-Petit - Déjeuner included. (European breakfast)
-Welcome drink upon arrival at the hotel
-Courtesy drink at Cantina Ciyé
-Early check-in (subject to availability)

2- What is the address of the hotel?
Avenida delTercer Mundo no. 5, San Francisco, Nayarit in Bahía de Banderas.
Corner with Mexico Street. 

3- How long is the airport from the hotel?
The closest airport is Puerto Vallarta and is approximately 45 minutes from the hotel.
Please take your time in high season as there is more traffic and lines to check-in or go through security at the airport on your wayback. 

4- Does the hotel have parking?
The hotel has some limited lots for guests; and has an agreement with a private parking lot one block from the hotel, extra cost apply. 

5- Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
We are very sorry, but pets are not allowed in the propriety. 

6- Does the hotel have smoking rooms?
We're sorry, but smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
For health reasons, the hotel is 100% smoke-free. 

7- Does the hotel do COVID tests?
The hotel has an agreement with a clinical analysis laboratory that goes to the hotel with prior reservation. It has the options:antigen or PCR and sends the results to your email. For PCR tests, more time is requested in advance of the flight since it takes a maximum of 12 hours to send the result.
The test reservation is suggested to be done at the time of check-in to have time options at your convenience. 

8- Can people not staying at the hotel come to enjoy the facilities?
To receive visitors, we have day passes with cost so that they can enjoy the pool and hotel areas, a courtesy drink is included. Terms and conditions apply. 

9- Do the rooms have mini bars?
Yes, we have mini bars that include refreshing drinks with and without alcohol and snacks.
They are refilled every day and the cost is charged to the room. 

10- Do you have a bed for babies?
Yes, we have cribs for babies (subject to availability). If you need one, please reserve it in advance for your stay. It is free of charge for our guests. 

11- Do you have a clothes iron?
Yes, please ask for it at reception when you need to use it (Subject to availability).

12- Do the rooms have a hair dryer?
Yes, all rooms have a hair dryer. 

13- Does the hotel have a Spa?
The hotel has a Nirvana Spa at lobby, if you require a massage or nail service, we will help you with your reservation. 

14- Does the hotel have a gym?
The hotel does not have a fitness center, but you will always have the option of walking or running on the beach or in the jungle, we lend you bicycles to explore the town, or you can do yoga or pilates in the centers that are close to the hotel.

15- Does the hotel have coffee machines?
We do have rooms equipped with a kitchenette, but if you have a single room, please ask reception for one (subject to availability), we have coffee kits to prepare it in your room at no cost.
